Excellent Service

I dislike seeing codes on my dash, such as CHECK (ENGINE) & VSC; i previously had bad experiences at Toyota's service dept. (for the vehicle accelerating on its own), and with another repair shop that charged a lot of money to fix my air conditioning, where I was told something like " by the way, your fan has too much play and its associated part should eventually be replaced; the air conditioning problem was not fixed as the cause of the problem was that loose fan that needed a part replaced. Zaloom's took care of the problems that turned on my two sensor indicators (after calling me up for the "go ahead"). I would only subtract 0.1 of my 5.0 Star review for George's suggestion that I also need an oil change, as I diligently get the oil changes done at about 3,000 miles or less; it would have made me feel much better to be asked when the last one was done instead.

I have lived in Los Angeles, Seattle, Austin, Nashville, and New York, and places in between, Zaloom's is seriously the best garage I have ever dealt with. Their staff is friendly and courteous and their service cannot be matched by anyone. I drive a very old GMC Safari Van (aka The African Queen as I refer to it) and this garage is the only place I will ever take it to for service or repair. They are honest and reliable. They get the job done on time and without any nonsense. Noone likes car repair bills, but at least I know when I take my van to them that I am receiving expert and professional service that I can rely on and that is worth the cost to have the assurance of knowing that they stand by every job they do. I can't say enough good things about this business and the folks who make it run!
