Our Master Mechanic, WILLIAM BROWN, is the shop foreman and is capable of any, and all, repairs your car needs. He has 40 years of automotive experience and has been ASE certified for over 30 years. He's a family man with 5 children and 2 grandchildren. To him, family always comes first!

As a Master Tech Billy really is the Jack of all trades. There is no job he can’t handle, and he always does it with a big smile. His can do attitude and passion for automotive technology keeps means he brings his heart and skills to every repair job he does. Billy holds Certifications from ASE (National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence) in the areas of Engine Performance, Engine Management, AC/Heating Systems, Diagnostics and Computers. He has been in the automotive repair industry for over 40 years and I guess you can say, has seen it all. As the head tech at our shop Billy overseas all the work in the shop and does the final test before each vehicle leaves. Sometimes you may find him at the front desk explaining a repair to a customer but his joy is really under the hood. When he's not at work, Billy loves to spend time fishing on his boat or relaxing at home with his wife and 4 children.

A true all around great guy, Victor has been with the Zaloomie family and now the Zaloomie team for over 17 years. He has grown as the business has and he has been vital to that growth. Victor handles all aspects of repair work from the simple stuff to the really big jobs. When we replace engines, and rebuild transmissions Victor is the go to guy! He became a tech because he saw the auto industry growing and understood that there would always be a need for auto technicians. Boy was he right! As a great tech, Victor lets his work do all the talking. He is generally a quiet guy and always has a smile on. His passion is soccer and he loves to watch as well as play in his spare time.

It’s hard to describe Willy without having a smile on your face. His good attitude is contagious and in the 1 year he's been part of our team he has been a delight. There is no job too big or too small for Willy. He originally got into automotive repairs because of his love of Nascar racing and one driver in particular... Dale Earnhardt Sr., a legend in the sport. Just like his favorite driver, Willy has been making a good impact by paying attention to detail and ensuring that everything is done right the first time.

With an extensive background in Customer Relations, Hospitality and the Transportation industry Eva has become an integral part of our team! In the 2 years she's been at Zaloomie she has brought a joyful energy and feel that has been welcomed by our valued customers and the Zaloomie team alike. Eva got involved in the repair industry because like many people she felt like she wanted to expand her knowledge and also become more self-reliant when it came to servicing her vehicles. With that in mind she has carved out a unique ability to really understand where each customer is coming from when it comes to the repair and care of their vehicle. Her warm personality is keeps people coming back and our team moving forward. In her spare time Eva is a dedicated mother and loves to spend time traveling with her family which includes her two young boys!

KEITH DEFAZIO has been Diagnosing and Repairing cars for over 15 years. At an early age Keith excelled in computer technology and started working in a family business. Over the years Keith has attended and completed OEM Car company tech classes available all over the region. He is well regarded as the best Tech on Staten Island and handles cars for our retail customers in addition to Body Shops and many local repair shops. Keith brings a positive and exciting new dimension to Zaloomie. We're proud to have him as the newest addition to Zaloomie Team.
