I showed up with a bad tire and no appointment, and the tire was fixed by the time I'd finished my coffee across the street. I've had very good experiences with them in the past as well. I think Zaloom's is just great.

So so pleased!!! Service excellent, atmosphere super, caring. Quoted me a price over the phone. Realized it was incorrect and STILL honored the quote. So decent and honest. Joseph, George's son even helped an elderly woman to her car. They don't just service your car in an excellent manner, but also care about their clients. Just moved to the neighborhood and definitely this is my go to auto repair shop.

Honest and fair pricing. The annual state inspection work was done quickly, with no mysterious charges, what a relief! I've owned lots of cars and spent plenty of time in garage waiting rooms, sometimes with shocking results, but not here. This is the type of garage we're lucky to find.

We brought our minivan in to have our headlights restored (under lifetime warranty purchased 3 years ago). Though we had to wait a couple of hours for it, they completed the job in the time period as promised. And the headlights look even better than the first time. Zaloom is consistent in its attention to detail and superior service.
