Staten Island Auto Repair

I came in to have my car inspected. Even without an appointment I was able to have my car inspected pretty much right away and it was ready well within the time frame that I was given. Everyone was super nice and helpful as usual. I didn't feel pressured at all. It doesn't hurt that you can get a great pastrami sandwich next door, while you wait!

After having an absolutely awful experience at a gas station for a routine car inspection, I came to Zaloom's. I had never been there before. I was treated so well! They offered me coffee, water, etc. They asked if I was waiting for my car or if I needed a ride anywhere. They were so nice ! I will definitely go back to Zaloom's.

Zaloom was ready again to serve. Took my tire in the morning and had it ready when I got there.

Only went for an allignment. But staff interaction was excellent. Cost was very reasonable. I am meticulous about my vehicles maintance and they obviously gave it a good look over because they took notice to that fact.

We want to thank Joey and the mechanic for taking care of us right away to help finding and fixing the problem immediately. We would like to make one suggestion. Please try to take easy with pushing for the all the fluid flushes, tire rotations and anything else extra that it really not necessary especially with older cars such as the one we have. Make recommendations instead. Other than that, Thank YOU!

I was purchasing a used car far from my home on long island, and had no idea where to go to get the car checked out. Having seen, from online searches, that many of those services that come to the car can be unreliable, I was not sure what to do. I saw Zaloom's in a google search,and with such great reviews, I thought I would give them a try. I am very pleased that I did. Courteous and friendly service, and a thorough inspection were what I got. I told Joe that I would be back if I ever found myself in need of auto service on SI, and I mean it! i recommend them highly!

I was impressed with the attention to detail on this inspection I requested from out of of town before deciding if i wanted to make the drive from Indiana to NY. Great communication, backed up by an extensive photo documentaion! A+++ Thank you!
