During my inspection they noticed something that was wrong and brought it to my attention. This had nothing to do with the inspection. I was greatful because it could have been costly or dangerous down the road.

my car needed the oil changed, while the work was completed quickly the owner put some time to asses the car and made some recommendations for the future. especially for a woman it is very helpful. i did not feel to be pushed to do any work but it is good to know the condition of your car. the place is very clean and staff is friendly. Maybe that is why they were highly recommended to me by other customers.

First visit: Just need an inspection, but wait; front end issues, as in wheel falling off issues. Me, I want to keep the old girl running forever but I don't want to die doing it. These guys are the real deal. The right work, the right parts, a fair price. Thanks guys.

I first went to Zalooms at the recommendation of a friend's brothers. The first thing I noticed was that they were immediately attentive when I walked in the door, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. They listened to everything I said without interruption and without rushing. They made sure they understood what I was saying and that I understood what they're procedure would be. EVERYONE was courteous and friendly. Later, when I returned to pick up my car, George Zaloom brought me inside to show me exactly what they found wrong with the car and called the mechanic over to provide further explanation. They never lost their patience and never tired of answering my questions. Everything was taken care of to perfection, and their charges were very reasonable. All that, coupled with the fact that they've been in business for so many years, left me feeling confident that they were a trustworthy and competent operation, which is important to me because I know so little about cars. I will definitely make them my regular mechanics and I've already recommended them to my other friends.

Once again Zaloom's accurately pinpointed the car's problem and fixed it with courteous and cheerful service.
