A representative of Zalooms had allerted me to the fact that my inspection was over 7 months old by leaving a business card on my car windhield to that effect. By doing so, they saved me the cost of a summons. I then walked into their facility unannounced and asked for an inspection and oil change. Their facility is very organized, clean and the work I requested was completed within a half hour as I waited in their waiting room which offered coffee and seating. The entire experience was obviously very positive.
