This is a place that does things the right way. Customers do not feel inferior. Staff sit down and take the time to explain (in layman's terms) what they recommend be done for your car. They offer rides to people who may need to get home while their car is being worked on, or picked up when their car maintenance is complete. These are genuinely good people. I ran into a bad experience at Midas, called Zaloom's (no prior relationship) and they had my car in within the hour, finished by the end of the work day, and I didn't feel used. I spent more than I would have at Midas, but Zaloom's corrected the problem, didn't put a band-aid on it. It's a shame that more mechanic shops are not like Zaloom's, but I'm sure glad I found one.
