Staten Island Auto Repair

I was on my way to Zaloom's when my ball joint snapped and was stuck on the side of the road. I called Joe up to let him know my situation. He was completely sympathetic and offered to call a tow for me. I arrived at the shop 30 minutes before they closed and was told that they'd hold the car and take a look at it first thing in the morning. Just like clockwork, I received a call in the morning from Joe letting me know what needed to be repaired and how much it would cost. They wouldn't start working on my car without my approval. The car was up and running that same day. I told Joe I would have to pay in two days once I got paid and he was completely understanding, and held the car in the back of the shop. I use the car for work and school so it was necessary to have it as soon as possible. Quick, courteous and respectful. You're not treated like a customer. You're treated like a person. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants the job done quick and correctly.

If you live on Staten Island and need any sort of repair done to your car, Zaloom's is the place to go. At Zaloom's, your not treated like a customer your pretty much treated like a king. George and Joe will tell you everything you need to know about the problem your having, how theyll correct it and why it needs to be corrected. If you need an honest mechanic (which is hard to find) Zaloom's is the place to go and you wont regret stopping by!

Im so glad I found Zalooms. I had forgotten how nice is it to receive great service, from nice people, at a great price. They fixed a problem that no one else could. They called when they said they would call and explained the problem in term I could understand. Their prices were very reasonable and their customer service was extraordinary. Yes, there is such a thing as an honest auto repair shop, and this is it. They're also friendly, efficient and through. When my car needed fewer parts replaced than first anticipated, they called me with the good news, and we were able to get some other maintenance done instead. I'm sure we've all been to places where they would have gone ahead with the unnecessary work and charged you accordingly, but these guys have more integrity. A first-class experience from start to finish.
