Had a pariculaarly difficult issue with my 2001 Solara that required a few different strategies form the technicians to mitigare. Throughout the procss , George and Ed kept me fully apprised of their approaches to solve the "check enginr light" issue that plagued this auto for the past few months. They even went on line to Toyota to gather the latest technical bulletins needed for possible solutions. The end result was that the latest Toyota bulletin suggested many expensive part replacement options that COULD but not necessarily solve the problem. Ed advised that I continue to drive the vehicle, which after their throttle valve servicing, runs perfectly well. Ed and George are two perfect gentlemen who go the extra yard to make sure you understand fully what is going to happen when they service your car and back it up with no charge policy if you must return the vehicle for a recurring incident.P.S. Ed, I forgot the the name of the cleaner that you add to tou gas line. Coul you email it?Thank you
