Once again I'm floored by the service provided here. The attention to detail when communicating with me about the issues that arose during my repair and the fact that they went above and beyond what's expected to ensure that my wife got her minivan back in a timely manner and FIXED! The staff there Ed and Joe along with the techs are great to deal with and speak to you as if your family, I also witnessed how they treated other customers the same way while I was there. Will continue to come here for service and have recommended them to anyone looking for a mechanic.

I visited Zalooms for my vehicle state inspection for the first time after reading the reviews on the web.I can understand why they get such excellent reviews as attention to detail is there forte.Professional friendly intorduction and greeting by Joe, and offering coffee upon arrival. My car was done and Joe explained the inspection in deatil, and what they would advise would need attention at a later date. No pushy sales to try to get the business but genuine knowledgable common sense explanations. I would trust there word!!I would recommend Zalooms to everybody.............Thank you

LIFE SAVER!!!! My daughter broke down on her way home from College (nthing more scary for a Father) and Ed Magee treated her like his Daughter and completly took care of her. Not a lot of people like this left in the world but Thank God for Zaloom's and Ed Magee.
