Zaloom's customer service people are friendly, are easy to approach. On my last visit, I needed my driver's side mirror replaced with an after market version asap. The job turned out satisfactory; my new side mirror matched my car, work as expected and was installed immediately the following day as committed. I just felt I could use little more discount. :) Overall, I must say that I was drawn to Zaloom's Joe and Ed seem to be more attentive to customer's requirements more than other hard-selling auto repair shop people I have met.

My truck suddenly stopped running and would not even turn over - these guys were great - they had flat bed there in under an hour found the problem right away fixed it and identified another problem in my ground end sparing me from possibly losing my front tire - they were efficient , professional , and the price was more than fare - I will definitely use there service again as well as send them anyone I can

Took my car here today based on Yelp reviews. My first time ever going to a mechanic. The whole staff seems super friendly and helpful. Upon arrival i was greeted by Joe Zaloom, I told him i wanted to get my brakes checked because i thought they were due for servicing. He told me he would have my car throughout the day which was fine because i live close. He called me later in the day and was honest with me and told me that my brakes were perfectly fine and everything checked out. He recommended i do a brake flush and an oil change and i gave him the Ok. At the end of the day when i went to pick up my car he was super helpful and walked me through everything which he didn't have to do since they were closing up. In the end they gained themselves a new customer in me and i will be recommending them to everyone i know. Thanks!

More than just the helpfulness and the great work he does, most importantly, George is honest. George, Joe and the guys at Zaloom are great. Easy to get an appointment and very very easy to deal with. They are honest and will not steer you in the wrong direction. Job is finished when promised and at a very fair price. Recommended to all friend and family.
