I am drawn to Zaloom's because the people here have a good sense of customer service. They are polite, friendly and professional, not like other hard-selling auto shop personnel I've had the misfortune of meeting a good too many times. I recently needed to have my car's driver side view mirror replaced asap. Joe got me an aftermarket replacement part, had it painted match my car and installed as promised. Needless to say, I was a satisfied customer although I thought I could use a lower charge =). Upon comparing the service with the dealer's offer, I would have paid at least USD100 more.Prior to this visit, Ed referred me to a different shop to match a specific job for my car. I thought that was very kind and honest of Ed when other shops would have pushed their way to get the business even if it was not exactly what I wanted.These people deserve to be in business and I am a happy patron.
