The first time I ever went to Zaloom's was due to the number of overwhelmingly positive reviews. The first time I called Zaloom's was because I had a flat tire, but they wouldn't let me drive my car there because it would damage the rims. There was no tow truck available, so I had to settle for the closest gas station to me. The second time I went was for a tire rotation and a tire alignment. After that visit, they told me that my rear end assembly was bent. Ed gave me the option of either replacing it completely or go get my tires rotated every 3,000 miles which was more cost effective in my case since I am still in college and have things I need to pay for. Everyone there seemed genuinely nice and very honest. They care for your car as if it was theirs. If I could give a few more stars, I would just because they know people that wait for their car will sit in the office so there's coffee and cookies there. The little extras that are in the office are a nice touch.
