I can't say enough good things about Ed, Joseph and George at Zaloomie Car Care! I was visiting Staten Island when my car broke down. Ed and Joseph worked to get the car checked out as quickly as possible. They even helped with taxi service back to my hotel. By the next morning, I received a call from a sympathetic Ed telling me my car was not fixable without a new engine and offered every way to help keep costs down. I came in that evening to the shop, Joseph and George were on duty and dealt with paperwork quickly. It's rare to find a garage where the guys are sorry when you're having difficulty while on vacation and actually care about the welfare of their customers... especially those stranded 12 hours from home.
