Very satisfied with the work!

I purchased a used Equinox in Jersey city almost a year ago. Since my purchase every other week i was in the service center with problems. My car completely shut down on me .The service center in jersey city would not do anything for me all doors were shut my warranty was up. I needed to find a close place to have my car towed.I went On line and came across Zalooms. I had no information about this place, but again i had no choice it was the closest place to my home. I had them tow my car. Here is where i met Ed Magee the most kindness and genuine man you could meet I knew as soon as i walked through the door. He helped me go through my paper work and my warranty.He took time and had patience to go through everything with me. he asked me to leave my car with him and he would get back to me. WELL!!!! I HAD SO MANY THINGS WRONG WITH MY CAR!!!!! I was so upset with HUDSON KIA IN JERSEY CITY... For promising me the world and giving me a complete lemon. Ed helped me he actually called HUDSON KIA for me and tried to help me get compensated for this MESS!! He didn't have to do this at all, This is the kind of man he is. He took time out of his day to help me. Ed gave me the best deals and tried to save me money and completely understood my frustration.I have been driving my car now for about 2 months with NO!!!problems. Ed i am so thankful for and will NEVER!!!!! GO ANY PLACE ELSE.. I referred so many people and will continue, its hard to find a shop where you can trust people. THIS PLACE IS GREAT AND HONEST!!!!!!!! THEY ARE NOT HERE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT THEY ARE HERE TO HELP YOU... SATISFIED CUSTOMER.. ED IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!

I had a good experience with them only got an inspection I was in and out. I Will be back.

These people are awesome... just as the reviews stated. From the time a picked up the phone and called them, I was so shocked very pleasant and cheerful voice on the other end. Very helpful, accommodating and thorough. I will 1000% gives Zalooms my business anytime

I made an appointment at Zaloom's Auto Repair based on the Yelp reviews. My Ford Focus was making noises as I rode over bumps in the road, and I also needed new struts/shocks. Being a woman, and knowing very little about cars I did not want to be taken advantage of. So I researched the net until I came across Zaloom's and everything I heard/read was fantastic. I called before I went and spoke with Joe. He was very professional and polite over the phone. I didn't feel rushed, he answered all of my questions, there was zero sales pressure. I made an appointment to stop in so he could take a look. I'm so glad I did. They treated me like someone who had been a long time customer. My car is better than it's ever been, and price was right for all that I had done to the vehicle. Ed at the front desk was very friendly and accomodating. Their customer service is exceptional. I will always come here for my auto repair needs. I HIGHLY recommend Zaloom's Auto Repair on Victory Blvd. Thank you so much. You have a costumer for life.
