I made an appointment at Zaloom's Auto Repair based on the Yelp reviews. My Ford Focus was making noises as I rode over bumps in the road, and I also needed new struts/shocks. Being a woman, and knowing very little about cars I did not want to be taken advantage of. So I researched the net until I came across Zaloom's and everything I heard/read was fantastic. I called before I went and spoke with Joe. He was very professional and polite over the phone. I didn't feel rushed, he answered all of my questions, there was zero sales pressure. I made an appointment to stop in so he could take a look. I'm so glad I did. They treated me like someone who had been a long time customer. My car is better than it's ever been, and price was right for all that I had done to the vehicle. Ed at the front desk was very friendly and accomodating. Their customer service is exceptional.
