Today I went to Zaloom's for the first time... all based on their Yelp rating.. They are a small, mom & pop, family owned repair shop. Super clean, very inviting and all around a great group of people. Every person who walked in was treated like family. I say there because I honestly thought "that guy's gotta be a cousin or something"... nope, just a regular customer! Joe Zaloom is great. He shakes your hand and looks you square in the eyes when he talks. They are passionate about doing right by their customers and you can tell they pride themselves on their integrity. I came in this morning needing a patch for my flat and left without spending a penny. I told them to please please please let me pay but they refused. They are good people! I will bring my car back for sure! I will also tell others about their shop (as I am doing on Yelp). If you want to feel like you're in good hands, go to Zalooms!
