Very excellent customer service. The receptionist and mechanics are all darlings. They treat my car with care and teach me all the important things I need to know about caring for my car. The mechanic even took me to my car to explain and show me exactly what he was doing and what the problem was. I was given a lot of information about my car, and how to avoid future problems. I was even given a list of future things my car would need to stay in shape, they also printed out my car dealership requirements for maintenance, so that I can see that they are keeping up with my maintenance. They care about your car NOT your money. It just cost money to care for your car. If you care about your car this is the place for you, if you do not care about your car then this is not the place for you.For example: I was told that my tires needs balancing and rotation. I thought they was just saying this, until the mechanic offered to take me to my car, he pulled out a flash light, as my car was above my head, he showed me my front tires, and the marks on the tires compared to my back tires that had no marks, he told me the reason for this is that my front tires are being worn out, and my back tires are not being as worn out as the front, which is why they rotate the tires so that the tires wear-out equally, which reduces the time it will take to get new tires. I believed them because for months my tire-light kept showing up, and I noticed on my own that the front tires looked lower and different from my back tires. Anyways, point is, they know what they are talking about, they are not here to take your money, they are here to care for your car, and teach you how to care for your car as well. These people become a part of your family, you will be given a sticker that is put at the top driver's side of your windshield, that indicates your next appointment date, Zaloom phone number, and other information.
