The service itself was very good and the staff friendly and knowledgeable. The only issue I had was a little wait time, as I came just before 8 am based on the online appointment time of 8:00 am that was given to me...The car was taken in at 9:15 am, but the oil change was done promptly and so I could leave by 9:45 am.

It was my first time doing business with Zalooms auto repair. I will definitely do business with them again. I spoke to Joe about a new tire for my car. He was so helpful and kind. I got my tire issue resolved the next day without paying more than expected. I was very pleased with the service I received.

I just brought another one of my cars to Zaloom. They took the time to do a battery of tests until they were able to diagnose the problem. They explained everything to me and were very friendly.
