First off.. Great customer service... Friendly and knowledgeable staff... I've taken my car here multiple times and will continue to take it here. It was hard to find a place on the island that worked on Saab's but after a lot of research I took it to Zalooms and am very pleased.

Then do the best Job with my cars. Love their customer service they are very welcoming.

Good job, honest people, quality workmanship, efficient and friendly. I would recommend to a friend.

Excellent service. This is the second time I went to Zaloom's to get my car fixed. As described by other customers, Ed and Joe really care about you and your car, and take the necessary time to describe every detail of what they do, so that you can understand what's up with your car and possibly how to prevent something similar from happening again. Would recommend 100%.

I was scheduled to have leaky chocks replaced in a 10 year old car and the price would about $ 125. for each. To my surprise Ed told me that they were under warranty and there would be no charge. I wanted to pay for the labor in all fairness but Ed refused so I just tipped the mechanic. Its a family atmosphere with old fashioned honesty and integrity.
