I went to Zaloom's for the first time this week. They were the most honest and pleasant people I have dealt with. I will never bring my cars any place else

Excellent service. I came in on an emergency without an appointment because my engine light went on. they were very crowded but Joe saw the anxious state I was in and took me right away. He arranged for a rental at way below cost and I rented a Nissan Aversa. Now I appreciated my own car because that was real small. Work was completed that day and as a good customer worked on the price of repair with me...I can't understand why they were "Runner Up" in the 2014 best mechanics award....if you are not using Zaloom auto repair you are missing out! Joe arranged for the rental car company to pick up the rental at their shop so i didn't need to drop it off wat across town. Thanks Everyone at Zaloom. Guy Rossman Staten Island NY

Most friendly auto repair shop. Wonderful service! Made appointment for 8:00am, was serviced almost right away. Also, had a wonderful cup of fresh coffee! It is a pleasure to come here when my car needs her doctor.
