Staten Island Auto Repair

Went to this shop after my auto brake stopped working and muffler pipe broke. The guy there was extremely helpful, even went as far as giving me a ride back after i dropped the car off. Not only that, they also took the time to look for saving for me. Would recommend this shop

Zalooms knows how to get it done right the first time, he explains everything and offers suggestions. Excellent personal service by Ed and Joe at the welcome desk. They take the time to explain the problems and necessary repairs. They are very honest and competent. (They have excellent mechanics who are very qualified). Their ethics are admirable. I trust their advice and judgment. Their repair prices are reasonable. They complete the work in a very timely manner every time. I noticed at Zalooms, they treat male and female customers in the same manner. The shop is located on Victory Boulevard near Jewett Avenue where it is easy to get to. The neighborhood is great and a few good eating places while you wait. I believe he needs a bigger waiting room. The word is getting around about this shop.

Ed's a magician! He came through big time again as usual.

Brought my Altima in for a brake related issue and had a terrific experience. Ed was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They were able to easily diagnose and repair my issue, and charged a fair and very reasonable price (much less than what the dealership wanted for the same repair). Joe was very helpful on my way out when picking up my car. Definitely found my mechanic for future repairs. Thanks!
