Just moved to Staten Island from Brooklyn in search of a honest mechanic which are hard to come by these days. After researching reviews of mechanics in my area, I came across a review of a customer who had a similar overheating problem as my wife's car. So I decided to give Zalooms a try. I took her 1999 Lincoln Navigator in for service and was completely overwhelmed by their courteousness and level of professionalism. Furthermore, that rip off feeling you get when you go to a mechanic did not occur. Instead it was the opposite. After three different mechanics in two months, my search is over. I found a mechanic for the 1999 and 2009 Lincoln Navigator.

These guys are a class act every time. They give you the rundown of the problem and make sure you give the go ahead on the work after their analysis. Doesn't matter what car you bring, they know it because they have experienced workers that have been doing it for a long time.

This was a first time visit by us and we were absolutely satisfied with the work that was performed. Everything was explained and discussed prior to the work beginning and that was refreshing. Its like bringing your car to the dealer but better because they do a better job and charge you less money. Ed and Joe are good guys and know what needs to be done for all your car needs.
